in other news
i ordered this shower curtain that is a picture taken of the empire state building near the forties, possibly fifties. its black and white. now i plan to paint the bathroom a dark grey with a fabric like texture. gimme some ideas

Go to home depot, they have ideas on how to paint your walls.
Two of my walls are textured. I painted one a lighter color then used a darker glaze and just went at it.
I had a shower curtain like that, but it was blue and colorful...and there was no buildings.....it was underwater and there was fish.

Pretty sure you'll have to sand the cabinets to paint them over. I dunno if a restroom carpet would fly ona count of the floor getting wet alot.
